Cheap Bohemian style: Pallet sofas...

Affordable low level seating, pallet bench
Pallet bench: Low level seating plus a great places to store books
Pallet sofa bed
Bright and Bold Pallet sofa
Outdoors: pallet sofa 
I love deep low level seating with plenty of cushions and have been on the look out for a new sofa that is not only both of those but also relatively cheap. I found the top picture this morning and have now fallen in love with the idea of having a pallet sofa. Cheap, unusual, and even better - eco-friendly...

I am however, more tempted to use this as garden seating, What do you guys think?

    Love the use of pallets like this...I have two I was thinking of making into swing seats for outside...But maybe it should be a love seat inside!!! Much better idea!!!

    We all love the 'green' idea of recycling pallets, & they're pretty handy for a lot of uses, but... Be SURE you know the possible hazards too -- the wood could be chemically treated against rot. Wood is porous, & could be contaminated with toxic chemicals or bacteria like E. coli & Listeria. There's a good write-up about choosing pallets at Funky Junk Interiors. No, I don't work for & am not advertising that site: it just has good information on this subject that folks need to be aware of. There are other articles if you just do a search for "toxic pallets". Better safe than sick & sorry!
